SAMPLE SCHEDULE
9:00 AM
Video/Lecture Session/Guest Speakers
One of the most important parts of the day - time spent discussing various game conditions allows all of the players to elevate their hockey IQ. Video used from the NHL, NCAA, and prep or college programs.
9:40 AM
Off-Ice Warm-Up/Functional Movement/Flexibility
30 minute off-ice warm-up session for increased athleticism and injury prevention. Sessions led by our staff or Strength and Conditioning Interns from Brian McDonough’s EPS Staff.
10:10 AM
Dress for Ice Session
10:30 Am
On-Ice Individual Skill Development and Competitive Games
Our coaches have a combined experience of well over 100 years working with players at the high school level and above—possibly even close to 200 years! We recognize that it’s not feasible to focus on twenty different areas of play during the off-season. Therefore, we concentrate on three key aspects: improving footwork, enhancing hand skills, and developing decision-making in game situations for each player. Additionally, we offer opportunities to practice in both smaller areas and on full ice, maximizing both learning and enjoyment.
